The operation follows a precise, automated sequence to ensure maximum efficiency and dryness:
1、Close & Press Plates – Hydraulic system seals the filter chambers.
2、Feed & Filter – Slurry is pumped in; solids form cake, liquid drains out.
3、Diaphragm Squeeze – High-pressure water/air expands diaphragms to compress cake (core dewatering step).
4、 Air Blow (Optional) – Compressed air removes additional moisture for ultra-dry cake.
5、Release Pressure – System pressure is safely released.
6、Open Plates – Plate pack separates for discharge.
7、Auto Discharge – Filter cakes fall cleanly by gravity.
8、Cloth Wash (Optional) – Automatic cleaning maintains filter performance.
